The Franchise Ambassador is a DBA ("doing business as") of Elite Brand Capital, Inc., a franchise consulting service that introduces prospective business buyers and investors to franchise and business opportunities. We are an independent contractor and are not an agent, employee, or representative of the franchisors we introduce you to. We may be compensated by a franchisor if you purchase a business through an introduction we make — you are never charged for our services.

3. No Professional, Legal, or Financial Advice
We are not qualified to advise you on the purchase of a franchise. We do not verify the accuracy of information provided by franchisors, and we assume no responsibility for errors, omissions, or outcomes related to any transaction. You are strongly encouraged to consult a qualified franchise attorney, accountant, or financial advisor before entering into any franchise agreement.

4. Use of This Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of, this site by any third party. You represent that you are over the age of 18.

6. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

  • The Franchise Ambassador sends SMS messages related to your franchise consultation, including consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, and updates on franchise opportunities matching your stated interests.

  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 913-453-4814. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

  • If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at (913) 207-6660.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies depending on your consultation and scheduling activity with us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
